Hi there

A light globe smashed the other day and I have tried to remove it but have been unsuccessful. I believe it is a screw type globe.

Our computer phone lines also need replacing for our internet. They are old and frayed.

Happy to pay for replaced globe and cords but you will need to bring this.

Yes the screw type (not bayonet) globe was faulty and it blew up when I turned the switch on last week, we may have a spare somewhere but I'm working from home so am quite busy. The internet/phone lines from fax machine and computer are cream coloured yes. It's a fairly long line of cords as it goes from the office to the lounge room etc. You may have to look at it first. Am happy to pay for items and time separately.
I think I know what the problem might be. The glass has detached from the metal base. I have some tools that should free it from the socket. And I can do the Internet line -- that would be cream-coloured cable?
Hi Sandra,
Please provide details of globe and cords - difficult to buy if don't know what.
Regards, George
