Find a good price for car repairs - RWC

Posted by Jenny M.

Due date
Monday, 28th Jan 2013
I need someone with an understanding of cars and the roadworthy certificate process to help me find a mechanic to carry out the repairs for an okay price. The car is a 2001 Saab 95 and I have an itemised list of the things that need to be done but my mechanic is too busy. I'd also like a second opinion.

I would like three quotes from good mechanics. The rate is $30 for the job but there will be a bonus if we can get a good deal.

Thanks, Harrison, that's a great tip. Really appreciate it
Depending on how far east you are, it might be too far. But if you do decide to talk to them, tell Karl the Copseys sent you.

I can also get a contact number if needed.
Hi Jenny,

I definitely have to recommend KC Automotive, just off Whitehorse Rd in Blackburn. Speak to Karl (or Rob). Both are very good at what they do and are down to earth. I do many of my own repairs and servicing, but often take my car (which I actually bought off Karl) to him for things I cannot do, or for advice. My stepdad and his dad have been going there for YEARS, for servicing and also RWCs.

You got a list of what needs to be done, and your idea of a good price?
