Reviews
Sue C. left a review for Rachel H.
“Rachel saved me hours of entry and frustration, I have been meaning to organise my contacts for several years and spend hours trying to find details. Within a week Rachel had my 250 contacts entered up with instructions for migrating to outlook. She was really helpful and delivered exactly to time, understood the task well and was able to work indendantly to sort pages of photocopied business cards into an organised speadsheet. I am really happy with the service and will be asking for Rachel next time.”

If you want i can do this, within 10 hours of you sending it
Also is this excel spreadsheet purely going to be used for importing into outlook? I ask this because if so it needs to be a different format than excel normally outputs. Also because if this is its purpose you usually don't use drop down headings for each row.
When you are in the "messages" tab you should see the private message I sent you. Click on the private message text or where it says "read more" underneath my private message and you will be in the private message area. It's in here you will see the private "attach a file or photo" button.
Don't attach it here, as these comments are public and everyone will be able to see and download your contacts file. You need to attach it in the "private messages" area. To do this...

Click on the "messages" tab at the very top righthand side of the page. Next to where it says "Tasks", "Alerts", "Accounts" etc...
