Event Management Support: All-Rounder Needed ASAP

Hi there I'm in urgent need of an all-rounder than can help me get corporate event invitations out this week (electronically) and manage a number of tasks associated with the event. We are currently finalising invitation design and guest list (updating contact details for upload to Eventbrite).

Eventbrite experience as an Event poster and all the associated functionality is ideal and a distinctive advantage.

Our office and the role is based in our smart, modern offices in Redfern within walking distance to Redfern station and with all-day street parking.

Work will include data entry to excel, uploading to Mailchimp / Eventbrite, making phone calls to verify contact details, managing event posting and (and later RSVP and follow up management) through Eventbrite, and general admin and support as required on a daily basis. This may include following up potential sponsors, writing basic html etc

Must be technically savvy with experience in similar tasks and have a creative appreciation / aptitude. Must be good on the phone and with excellent typing speed and impeccable attention to detail all round. I need someone who is able to dedicate themselves to the the project immediately and is looking for ongoing work and won't find any request below them them. I envisage the right person will be g'teed work from now to November 1st, with the next week or two being critical. Some may be able to be done remotely.

Anyone with experience of the Sydney Property / construction industry (in terms of companies and people) - that's a huge bonus but definitely not essential.

We need someone immediately that is willing to be cost effective who in turn can expect a steady flow of work to keep them busy through the week. The right person who proves they are indispensable may even secure a casual / temp office support role to assist us with tenders etc etc.
