I have ugly orange terracotta tiles, I want someone to paint the floor of a - hallway, kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry and two bathrooms and 1 toilet (approx 100 sq metres). All areas are of an average size, except living room which is large. The floors need to be prepped first. Would include furniture moving, including putting it back, we would help with the furniture. I would supply paint.

Thanks for the info Tal 😌 I won't be needing the tiles machine ground, or the gaps filled, I don't mind the pattern being seen. Just a light sand, clean and primed.
Hi Cassie, preparation job for epoxy paint on tiles is very involved and labour intensive as you need to machine grind all surfaces and floor prep to fill all the gaps (called skim coat - unless you want to see the tiles pattern). You then need to apply two layers of primer coat and epoxy paint. Thanks Tal
