End Of Lease Apartment Clean - Required 2nd June

I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that will require cleaning when I move out of my apartment.
Requirements for cleaning:
* Vacuum and dust
* Clean kitchen including stove top and oven, benches, cupboards and shelves
* Clean both bathrooms inc toilets, showers, vanities and 1 bathtub
* Sweep down balcony
* Sweep and mop kitchen and bathroom floors
You will be required to bring the following:
* Mop, bucket and detergent to mop the floors
* Broom incl dustpan if you have one
* Vacuum cleaner
* Oven cleaning products
* Standard cleaning supplies i.e. sponges, sprays, paper towels, bucket etc.
* Any scourers required for the bathroom incl bathroom cleaning supplies
* Anything else that you would normally use for a standard apartment cleaning for end of lease
I haven't put a figure in the out of pocket expenses for bringing your own equipment and supplies. The reason I require you to bring these items is purely because all mine will be packed. I am quite happy to discuss rates and negotiate accordingly pending what you can and cant deliver on as per above.
If you have done house cleaning before, I would expect that most of the required cleaning supplies are already on hand. References preferred if possible.
I'm leaving the price at the moment as is at $35 per hour but my expectation is that it won't take longer than 3 hours because I will have done a rough cleanup myself prior to vacating.
Very open to discuss everything though and happy to negotiate with the right person.

“Fantastic couple who were so easy to deal with. They were meticulous to the very last detail in my End of Lease apartment clean - even doing things that I wouldn't have bothered with! They came prepared with all supplies as requested and have obviously done this many times before as they just got stuck right into it. I left them to their own devices for a few hours and came back to a clean apartment! Highly recommended and would definitely call upon Grant again.”

Hi Grant and George,
* $140 is for the 4 hrs work at $35 per hour. If 2 people are doing the job though and get it done quicker, it will still be a flat rate of $140 for the task. I hope this makes sense :)
* The cleaning day will be Sunday 2nd of JUne, preferably starting around 9-10am if possible? If earlier or later is required, I can work around that but preferably not later than a 12-12:30pm start
Doh!! I knew that ....

I've got all the equipment.
I have decades of domestic cleaning experience! and some experience in cleaning resort apartments on change-over day.

G'day Andrew, my partner and I are available to help on that day, and are more than capable of meeting your expectations if not exceeding them. Only question is it 140 or 35 p/h?
