Replace an external sensor (I will provide the sensor) & an internal light switch that is loose. The tasks should take about half an hour or less.

Koray what happens if tour work causes a fire and harms the tenant... what leg in court will you be able to stand on there.... the price is the price because that’s the risk and insurances and public liability aren’t cheap... seriously can’t believe your response
