I am looking for someone to provide me with a diet/meal plan or a list of Do's and Don't s.

I am a mother of two (my youngest is turning one) and work two jobs, 7 days most week's. At the end of the day I don't have the energy to go to the gym or even run up and down the street (I am hoping to change this at some stage).
I don't sleep well, have a HUGE cravings for chocolate each and every day and iron deficiency.
The only meat I will eat are as follows:
Lamb, Beef, Chicken, canned tuna.

Body description:
5 foot 9 inches tall, 77kg size 14 (was 65kg and size 8 previous to pregnancy), mainly tummy fat and legs need toning. 23 years of age.

Basically looking for a list of things to eat and definite no no's. Obviously looking for something high in vitamin C, Iron, protein and calcium. Wanting to reduce my carb intake. NEEDING HIGH FIBRE INTAKE ALWAYS due to a previous health issue.

I'm a nutritionist (BHSc) and I'd be happy to help out with some tips and tricks. The thing is it's not just about WHAT you're consuming, it's also HOW you're consuming it and how much is actually getting into your body. There could be numerous mechanisms at play here just from reading what you've shared - from poor nutrient absorption to high demand of other nutrients.
