Delivery from Maitland to Sydney

I've reserved something at a shop in Maitland, NSW. It has not been paid for because I thought I'd see if I'd give this a go. I have the item on hold until 5:30PM tomorrow.

Instead of me driving up there and back, a 4 hour round trip, I was wondering if anyone who does a daily commute down to Sydney or something would be willing to get them for me.

It's a 350km-ish round trip for me (there and back), which is about half my tank of petrol. As such, I've put a rough estimate of how much it would have cost me to go, but also factoring in the relative ease attached to this task should the person already be going to Sydney anyway.

Leaving Newcastle for Sydney in 30 minutes if you need me?
Hi Nigel, very happy to assist. Check my reviews on this site. I am going from Sydney to Newcastle Tomorrow, Wednesday and return. Happy to do door to door (Guildford) but you will need to contact me by lunchtime Wednesday.

I can also come get it from wherever the person will be if they can't easily come to the above locations, although this will obviously reflect in a reduction of the payment for the convenience of not having to drop it off with me.

At the moment, the goods have not been paid for. I'm still seeing if I can pay over the phone or over the internet, but worst case scenario, you will be $45 out of pocket for the items, which you will be reimbursed with the delivery payment, i.e. $70 on delivery.

It's two boxes, some kind of household appliance. Should not be more than a few kilos each - it's nothing crazy like a fridge or anything.

I'm negotiable as to where it can be dropped-off, depending on where the potential person needs to be, but ideally either Guildford (2161) or Macquarie Park (2113).
How big/heavy is the item, where does it need to be dropped, and does the person picking it up have to pay the shopowner for it?
