Job Capital needs a reliable person to complete some data entry and migration... This means copying data from internal files into a company spreadsheet for an upcoming database migration. The information includes personal contact information such as telephone numbers, names, addresses and consumer information etc.
There are approximately 450 records to copy and paste over and its anticipated it will you take 2 days, each record taking 8-10 minutes...
The skills you need...

- Accurate reading and interpretation of candidate documentation.
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail when entering data.
- Quick and methodical worker.
- Using numerous information sources to formulate candidate data.
- Excel knowledge a must.

Cert 3 equivalent in IT and experienced with excel. Would be happy to do this.
Worked in database management and archiving a number of times. Highly proficient in IT & DBMS including Microsoft office excel.
hi there, ive done a similar task before, as an admin assistant, doing some asset tracking, and putting them into one big, organised excel file. i have my own laptop, and can start tomorrow.
