I require software that will help me manage small advertising inventory across three physical sites. It needs to incorporate the ability to generate proposals and booking forms, monitor available inventory and generate playlists for each site. Ideally it would also link to accounting software for generation of invoices.

Hi Steve. I am a consultant and project manager. With my last two clients I have successfully set up ‘SMARTSHEET’ for their project management tool and a digital appointment diary. The program can be integrated to various app and softwares. I can help you set this up for your playlist management . I can include reporting tools that will help you monitor the movement of your inventory. Timeline is 3-5 days depending on the information you provide and our collaboration repose time. You will have a chance to try out the setup for two weeks and I will provide ongoing support during the testing period.

Advertising inventory is analagous to an appointment system. It is reserving a period of time for a particular service at a particular location. The quoting feature in Xero assists with generating proposals and can be easily converted into invoices.
There are numerous booking systems that integrate with Xero. I would recommend Timely. It has a built in booking form and inventory/time availability can be easily monitored.

Are you using any account software to generate the invoice or the invoice will be generated with the inventory software itself?

Hi Steven,
I'm currently using Xero, so ideally linking to that, (not sure whether it's even possible tbh). If not, from within the inventory management software itself is okay. My future plan would also require that the software has the potential to be scaled up in terms of the inventory it manages, but happy to revisit the project with you if the initial version is suitable. Hope that all makes sense!

I have not done with Xerox import invoice before but I did integrate invoice import for Reckon Quickbook and MYOB

Anyway in this case, let the inventory generates the invoice by itself
