i have hit my plateau!! i need to change my gym routine, something innovative, i have been experiencing a muscle gain for the last 6 months, but mow i am stuck...

i need a personal trainer to create a new workout routine to help me get through this stage, and also a nutrition plan to keep up the muscle gain...

in terms of fitness, i am quite experienced myself, so i dont need the runner to come with me to the gym to show me how to perform the exercises and so on.

routine would need to include: workout and cardio plan, as weel as stretching exercises...

nutrition plan would need to include everything, as i said i know my ****, but i am stuck and bored with what i already have...

Hey Manuel, I can see that by working out specific muscle groups per day that you have decent knowledge of what you're doing. If you're looking for lean muscle gain to shape up for this summer you just need a shock to the system- I can write a 4-6 week program for you that will require a similar amount of time you already commit to the gym but should definitely break your plateau. hey robert,
i don't follow a routine as is. i hired a pt about a year ago and at the moment i use the knowledge i got to train. i go to the gym 6-7 times a week, doing a muscle group per day, with one day of cardio and i usually do chest twice a week.
in regards to my diet i eat carbs until lunch, and only protein and veggies after that. i take supplements in the form of shakes.
any suggestions? let me know how i can contact you for further details
