Details
I am looking for someone to create a specific food plan for a month. Plan needs to include the following.
- gluten and diary free
- 3 meals, 2 snacks per day
- meal prep under 30 mins

- as much clean eating as possible
- daily calorie count between [Content Moderated] calories
- every meal/ snack needs to state carbohydrate count per serve
- variety of different meals

- include cooking instructions and ingredient list for each meal and snack.

I will provide a list of excluded foods.

I am a degree qualified Nutritionist who can provide access to a database of dietary specific recipes, with calories, carbs, protein and fat calculations for each recipe. I create the meal plan specific to your lifestyle, goals, eating habits, food likes/dislikes which is included within the database. Shopping lists are generated through this as well. I can provide a 30 day meal plan but will give you access to the database for 3 months so you can adapt and change as much as you like.

Hi Cait I made an offer above I meant to mention that on top of completely doing my own meal plans that successfully seen me lose over 40kg I also have had to do it for my teenage son who has has ulcerative colitis and inflamed bowel syndrome which are both auto immune problems that can be worsened or improved by the food you consume. He has had this since eight yrs old so I have nine years experience of research and application of diet in treatment of a chronic illness not to mention access to some of the best gastro and nutritional doctors. I'm very interested in helping you with improving your diet and your health. And last as a mother of six I can give you some great recipes as well (if my kids eat it it must taste like real food as they put it) and I know how to make great tasting healthy food on a tight budget right up to trying to impress with a fancy dinner
