I have an invoice and a quotation "template" of sorts that I fill out each time I need to bill or quote someone.
They are both WORD 2008 .docs and, as such, are fairly limited in terms of being able to utilise formulas etc.
Id like to have them converted into EXCEL format, copying the layout and graphic appearance exactly (or as near as possible).

I dont need any formulas entered, as I can do this myself, but rather than spending 2 hours trying to figure out how to get all the graphic elements to look the same in a spreadsheet, Id rather just pay someone who knows how to use OFFICE well enough to do it quickly.

I cant imagine this taking the right person more than 5-10 mins to complete, so for $15 - its EASY money!

The file ive uploaded is a "preview" in .pdf format. Once Ive assigned the task, I'll email the proper .doc versions (airtasker won't accept uploads of .doc files)

PS. Just to clarify - I need all text to remain "editable" and all cells to accept input and also be "editable" (sizing/layout etc)

It's a shame Microsoft hasn't made formula referencing as simple as Excel :( Since you used a table (rather than form fields) in Word 2008 it would actually take only 5 minutes to setup your simple formulas (you just have to remember to press Ctrl-A then F9 to refresh the calculations each time...), but you may as well move to Excel (especially if you wish to store the data and analyse it later).

Philip - the task is quite easy have it back to you by the end of the day - Mary
Hi Philip, I can help you with this. I've been converting a few Microsoft Word charts into Excel at work lately. Just had a look at your file, should be no problem.
