My silent gliss blind cord has snapped and I need someone with the right tool to come and connect it.

Sure - it's supposed to be a continuous chain but I've had to temporarily connect it with a piece I bought from the hardware. Unfortunately it now gets stuck on the housing and the blind won't fully go up or down.
Yip. Fully understand that. I may have tools to open the housing and sort of reset your chain enough to get your blinds going

It's actually not the housing - we fed the chain through the new housing when it was broken and popped it back into place. We don't have the right tool to snap the ends of the chain together so it is one continuous loop. I can send you a close up photo of the ends of the chain so you can see how it works. Apparently you could do it with a couple of sets of plyers but we couldn't do it. Many thanks for your interest.
