My apologies for the tardiness of this request. At midday, Tuesday, 8 September, I'm moving out of my two small bedroom unit on the ground floor of a family home in Yeerongpilly.

The entire square unit is about 10m x 10m. The combined living, dining, kitchenette area (fridge, infrequently used microwave, two hotplate electric stovetop, 5 small cupboards and 6 drawers for storage) is a rectangle occupying about 2/3 of the space with one very small bathroom one end. Off one wall of the living area are the two bedrooms, one slightly larger than the other. Both have small built-ins. There are four inner windows and a sliding glass entry door. I'm looking to have the premises cleaned later on that same day for inspection the next day, 9 September.

NB: I'm renting directly from my landlords and the unit will not be inspected by bond authorities. I need a decent but basic clean and I'll have done some of the basics prior to your arrival. I'm convinced a decent cleaner would be able to do a thorough job in 4 hrs max, honestly.

I'd like to know what the best offer you can make for this cleaning?

“I engaged Dennis & Carly’s services for a basic clean-up on my small 2-bedroom unit. After completing only 3h20 minutes of their 4h job (they took 2 15-minute breaks & left early;yes, I did sign off),they left the job unfinished & they’d said they’d return if my landlady felt it was unsatisfactory.I left BNE the next day for extended interstate work. They didn't answer my followup queries until after the 1-week period allowing changes to Airtasker postings.They were then very confrontational in subsequent exchange.They charged me additional funds to return & complete the job,requiring my former landlady take time off work at her expense. He arrived late for the 2nd job & again didn't complete it.Maybe I understated the time requirements for the job;they never gave me any indication they believed so. If you hire them I highly recommend very detailed confirmation of task's requirements, 100% supervision & to not sign off until 100% satisfaction is obtained.”
