Need a reliable Airtasker to help clean my 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom house.

Notes:
This is for a busy Airbnb house in Richmond, it has on average between 4 to 6 bookings per month, which requires general house cleaning duties as well as changing and washing of linen and towels after the departure of each guest. This would be an ongoing arrangement for the right person. There is no interaction required with the guests as this is handled by myself. There is a parking permit available if required.

Standard Airtasker cleaning tasks should include:
- Everywhere in the house: Wiping down furniture and visible surfaces; Mop and vacuum floors; Empty rubbish
- Bathrooms: Cleaning showers, bathtub and toilets;
- Kitchen: Washing dishes;

I would also like the following cleaning tasks included:

- A cycle of laundry completed (washed and folded) - should be about 1 hour

Hi Michael, I'm based in Richmond and would love to assist with this task. Is there much flexibility with timing? Eg does it just need to be cleaned the day they vacate or does it need to be within hours of vacate? If same day I'd love to help, i have a great attention for detail and will ensure your guests will always find your house clean tidy and presentable. Thanks Marika

Thanks for your response.

I have some further details on the house and a couple of questions for you.

The house is a small 2 bedroom terrace, just off Punt Rd and it is quite a busy Airbnb with between 4-6 bookings per month. On occasion this requires same day checkin and checkout, resulting in a clean in a 3-4 hour window usually between 11am - 3pm. Would this be an issue for you? I would try and give as much notice as possible.

As it is an Airbnb, I do need the linen and towels changed after each guest departure that would involve the need for you to wash and bring them back before the next booking. Would you able/willing to do this?

There is no interaction required with the guests. Further, the guests can let themselves in upon arrival via a secure keybox located at the front of the house (after I provide them a code).

Also, I would provide all cleaning materials for the house.

I had my last cleaner for over 12 months, but unfortunately she can no longer do this due to the length of her commute. The clean was normally done within 2 hours.

I am looking for someone who is looking for regular, ongoing work (and outside of Airtasker after the first booking preferably). You will be provided your own set of keys to the house, hence trust is important to me.

What is your availability like to handle such a role?

Thank you for getting in touch.

In response to the need for cleaning between 11am-3pm on occasion. If this is only occasionally I do not see this to be a problem.

I'm based in the Cremorne pocket of Richmond and have lived in and around Richmond for over 10 years so the commute or moving will not be an issue for me. I drive, however depending on exactly where your house is I may walk given that you're providing the cleaning equipment.

I currently live in a 2 bedroom terrace house so I'm very familiar with the requirements and cleaning required for this.

As for washing the linen, I have a washer and drier so this is not a problem. As long as you have a spare set for the occasions when the turn around is shorter I can wash and return in time for the next booking.

I have stayed in many Airbnb and hotels in Australia and overseas and know the little things that made the stay. There are of course all of things you provide, but in addition it's the cleanliness, tidiness and presentation. Little things like cleaning the TV remote is something that I notice is always overlooked in a hotel and often disgusting to say the least.
I appreciate that you don't need anyone to assist with the guests, however should you ever, you will find me to be presentable, professional and trustworthy. When I was younger I would often housesit for complete strangers and they intrusted me with their homes and I never once had a complaint. I once had a compliment that I left it tidier than I found it, however to be honest that was a family member. Furthermore in relation to trust, as a bookkeeper I have been given access to clients bank accounts to log in from anywhere at anytime and I can assure you I have never breached that trust.

I've attached a picture of my own apartment and the standard of clean I did prior to renting it out a few weeks ago. I have more photos if you would like to see them.

Please let me know if you require any additional information from me, however I can assure you that I will maintain your property to a high standard and ensure that your guests feel right at home.
