Hi There. Plumber has already installed the cooktop and also has done all the plumbing but did not know how to check the jets. Plate underneath is listed as NG but I am sure this came out of a demountable room so could have already been changed just not sure.
I Also believe if NG you will have to change regulator. I think You can buy a conversion kit. Maybe easier to go and buy a new unit for a few hundred dollars that is suitable to what you need just remember to tell salesman what gas supply you are using
Look on model number compliance plate. Generally model number will have letters either NG or LPG

Sorry for sounding partially blonde but I know there are different jets just don't know what to look for!
