I need someone to purchase and replace the radiator in my car. I own a 2001 holden astra 1.8 ltr hatchback and would like someone to replace the radiator which has started to leak ever so slightly. I'd prefer someone who is a qualified mechanic and could give me a warranty and a receipt. You will have to bring in your own tools and also purchase the radiator. I'm in no hurry to get the task done as I've just plugged the leak with some radiator stop leak fluid and it seems to be holding it well so I'll only award this task to one that bids at a reasonable price, I'm not fussed on the replacement radiator being brand new, it can be second hand but we can discuss the details once people start making offers. Thanks.

Second hand
With axons hand parts you can't gaurantee 3-4 months. I can get a price on a new one on Monday. Roughly I'd say your looking at around $200 for new. If you want second hand you will have to buy and ill fit. I don't want the headache with old parts especially with radiators

thanks for your reply, I posted the starting price of a $100 which would involve procuring the radiator too. Like I said I'm not too fussed about it being first hand but just want some assurance that it will last me 4-6 months if possible. But if the runners here can't procure radiators for me, I will probably end up doing it myself. Do you think salvage parts would be a good option for a second hand radiator? and how much would the price diff between a second hand and a brand new usually be?
Hi Rohan, can you provide make, model, year, auto or manual and vin number. Runner is bidding on labour only and you will pay for the radiator separately. I wouldn't bother with second hand as you might get three months warranty if your lucky. I am a licensed motor mechanic. Have a look at my reviews.
