Build a wooden wheelchair ramp for my house

Hello, I'm a 40 year old female renter and also have a mobility disability and two aging dogs.

To get to my backyard (which we all do often), I have to walk down two steps that have no support rail and are quite steep and awkward to use. I find it difficult to go up and down as often as I do because itcauses me a great deal of pain and discomfort.

My dogs are getting older, and they find it harder and harder to go in and out too. Sometimes we all fall over in either direction.

I'd love it if I had a wooden ramp that is level with my back door and then slop downwards into my yard. In theory it seems easy enough but even though I'd have the ability to do a rough job of it, I don't have any tools and I'd like something basic and yet sturdy enough to use regularly. I've attached a picture of pretty much exactly what I'm looking for. The ramp wouldn't need to be as long but it would need a bit of a flat landing at the type to be able to open my back door.

I work full time but I don't have much money, living week to week financially since I was fortunate enough to get myself and both of my dogs away from a situation of domestic violence. We don't have many people who can help us and really have trouble asking for it anyway.

I'm hoping to find someone out there who might be a retired carpenter or just really handy with constructing solid structures on a less than perfect/level concrete surface.

I'd be happy to pay for all materials if you'd be willing to design something for me and put it together. I've got a pretty good idea of what it could look like.
I could pay a small amount of cash for labour or a combo of a few different things ranging from cash, plants, baked goods, washing and ironing help, a usb stick full of movies, a couple of tiny baby yabbies (if I can catch them). Basically I can do a trade of things in exchange for the creation of a ramp. A ramp that could honestly be one of the best things to help me maintain my safe mobility around my house, and by allowing me to do one of the most simple tasks that can be taken for granted until you realise you can't do it anymore.

Hi Matt, your work looks amazing and I'd be very happy if you were able to help out. I'll source some timber and get back in contact if that's cool. Thanks so much for offering to help. Nat

Thanks

Hi matt, it's over concrete but it's uneven. May have been a driveway when the house was first built so it has some cracks and isn't perfectly flat. Cheers

Should probly mention that I'm not actually using a wheelchair but that's the type of ramp I need, or similar. Thanks
