I can share the recruitment process I created for myself including behavioural and technical questions questions and a scorecard that helps you to easily compare the interview performance of all candidates.

Hi Sajid. I just did this task for someone looking for a machinist job. I researched the company he would like to work with. Outlined quick facts of the company. Outlined the formula on how to answer interview questions. Gave him 2 sets of questionnaires from a technical & behavioural skillset, in a template where he can answer the questions. And we can have a phone chat as well 15 minutes so I can give you pointers on voice projection. Offer includes Airtasker fee. When dealing with an angry customer, it's important to acknowledge and validate what they are feeling. Present yourself very calmly and speak in a calm voice. Once a customer feels like you're being empathic and understanding, they become much easier to negotiate with 😉

What would be best answer how do you deal in difficult situation and explain what’s was task and how do deal with that ? Once you answer this one I will approve your quote ? As I don’t want some one give me example from online .
I gave you an answer already. The best way I deal with difficulty is analysing the situation and breaking it down the make it easier, also team work allows difficult situations to be dealt with as more than one people can contribute too it

Dealing with difficult situations varies on the individual but teamwork allows the difficult situation to be dealt with efficiently and effectively. A difficult situation within IT is a system crashing and team work in restoring it can help.
