Hi,

I am organising a surprise renovation and refurbishing for my parents home and I am running short of time need some some jobs done so that the renos will be done on time. Please only consider if you are available this week as it all needs to be completed between Monday 25th of April to 30th of April. Some tasks require 2 people for heavy lifting.

You can bid on one or all the jobs.

*- IKEA Purchasing, Delivery and Assembling (I will reimburse you the cost of the items once delivered). You need to bring your own tools (attached is screenshot of some of the items I will be purchasing, I still need to confirm more items to shopping list). There are floating shelves that need to be put up on my walls and some bookcase extension shelves that sit on top of a bookcase, that need to be installed and screwed to the wall, and assembling of all cabinetry
Plus - x2, 3metre curtain rod installation (my walls are rendered double brick)
- some photo frames may need to be hung on the wall

*- PAINT or WALLPAPER two feature walls:- two walls to be preped for either wallpaper or paint, I dnt mind which one I just want to get rid of the red feature walls, walls are roughly 3meter wide by 2.8high with a big window (see attached photo) the other wall is a small 1.5 metre wide wall.

- MOUNTING TV on wall ( I have a double brick rendered wall )

*-MOVING Furniture Around the House:- (I require two people to carry furniture)
• 1 bed, 2 bedside table, and mattress needs to be moved to the backyard granny flat
• leather lounge suite needs to be moved to the backyard granny flat
• coffee table needs to be moved to the backyard granny flat
• 1 dining table top and TV unit needs to be moved to grannyflat
• another 2metre dining table needs to be moved to another room
• 2 bookcases need to be emptied and moved to another room then repacked (attached is a photo of the bookcases)
(May be other little items to be moved)

*- REMOVAL of Rubbish and furniture to the tip:-
• rubbish removal of some old furniture, books, shelves, sofa bed and garbage bags of general household rubbish.

*- CLEANING 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house:-
cleaning the house and around the furniture that get moves, (bathrooms, showers, dusting, mould on ceilings, residue and marks on walls, inside windows and blinds, floors ect).

Hi Diana, I can do the Ikea shopping for you today and start on the assembling. I can also help with the furniture rearranging.
I suggest you create separate tasks for most of your jobs so that people can easily bid for what they can do, and you can manage the whole project more easily.
It is hard to give a precise offer as it is not clear how much assembling there is. This offer is to purchase, deliver plus 5 hours assembly. We can sort out any difference later.

I can help with most of this stuff in a day as long as you have the paint and brushes and edgers etc shouldnt be a hassle and the furniture moving etc just can't do the cleaning aswel for this price also will need tip fees covered but i have a second mate who will come and help i have a four wheel drive and trailer can pick the furniture up aswel all for what im asking my offer covers for 2 people and two days if needed for both of us

Hi Diana, we can help you with this task, we can do all the tasks not a problem at all, we will like to see your house before to give you an exact quote and estimated time of the whole job. My boyfriend was the project manager of a declutter and house renovation company, so we know exactly how to help you :)
$65 is a minimum entry fee that the tip charges to dump anything from 1kg - 200 kgs. Anything over that is chraged at a rate of $320 per tonne. So 250 kgs is $80. I can do either Tuesday or Wednesday. Just let me know.
