Hey there,

I need your services to help cut and weld aluminium extrusions for an entrance way for Big Sound Festival, it is a large stained glass window facade, which is made up of a number of aluminium frames. There are two sides to the facade, mounted onto opposite sides of a truss. Each side of the facade is broken into nine sections, these are the frames that I need help with cutting and welding.

After cutting all of the necessary lengths, I only need the bottom corners of each frame welded together to support the weight of acrylic cradled inside. Also allowing for the insertion of the acrylic into the C channel. All of the specs are in the document that I've attached for you below. As the structure has two sides, everything listed is double.

I have all of the extrusions at my house ready to go. My previous welder has bailed on me due to family issues, so I'm desperate to find a last minute replacement. I need this completed either this week or early next week. At least by the 24th of August. Send through a quote for my clients to approve, and thank you for helping me out big time!

18 Frames / 306 individual pieces / 162 welding points.

Yes, sound perfect. Approx. how long do you think the job should take you?
not looking at the job, probably approx. 8hr including cut, assemble & weld, however this is subject to change depending on site assessment (accessibility of weldment, type of finish post weld etc). Quote will include consumable material gas, wire, abrasive cutting discs etc...
Hi Blair,

Is this Saturday 19/9 ok?
