Hi,

I'm looking for an airbnb host to clean and change-over (linen and towel sets) my 1 bed 1 bathroom apartment in the CBD. The task also requires checking in guests on arrival and showing them to the car park (if required) and apartment.

I will continue to manage the property and communicate with the guest directly. I will pass on the check in details (date and time) to the Airtasker when bookings are confirmed (I will allow at least 3 days notice). There is likely to be 1 booking per week.

This job will not only involve cleaning the changing over the linen and towel sets after each group check out, but also meeting the guests to give them a key to the apartment and 'be the face' of the booking. I take a great deal of pride in Airbnbing the property and want to find someone who is incredibly reliable, friendly and a cleaning perfectionist!
It is most important that the apartment is not only cleaned with fresh linen and towels before the guest arrives but the Airtasker is there to check the guest in.

Traits:

• You are 100% reliable and have an eye for detail!

• You are confident to meet people and welcome them to our home.

-You will preferably have an ABN and a police check.

CLEANING INCLUDES:
• Mop and vacuum floors;
• Empty rubbish bin in the kitchen and bathroom (the chute is on the same floor)
• General tidy including throwing out anything left behind (on tables, fridge etc)
• Bathrooms: Clean shower, basin and toilet;
• Kitchen: emptying dishwasher, clean fridge and clean horizontal surfaces throughout.
• Picking up any rubbish on the balcony and giving the plants a water using the watering can

CHANGE-OVER INCLUDES
• Washing and drying the linen set (1 fitted bedsheet, 1 topsheet, 1 quilt cover and 6 pillow cases)
• washing and drying the towels (2 towels, 1 footmatt and 1 face washer)
- 3 sets of linen and towels will be provided. The airtasker can wash and dry the sets at their own home, nearby dry cleaner or at the apartment (the apartment has a dryer but the Airtasker will need to allow for the additional time).
• Make bed and tidy bedroom
• Hang towels on rack and fold footmatt and face washer next to basin
• Straighten dining chairs under table
• Tidy pillows on couch
• Straighten small arm chair and side table

CHECKING IN GUEST INCLUDES:
• Arriving half an hour before the agreed check in time (I will be the intermediary and communicate with the guest and pass on the details to the Airtasker)
• Greeting the guest on arrival
• Showing the guest to the car park (if required)
• Showing the guest up to the apartment

There is parking on site which can be used if the guest has checked out. Alternatively, there is ample street parking.

All the cleaning equipment and products are provided.
3 sets of linen and towels are provided (the spare sets can stay in the wardrobe if needed).

How will I pay?
$120 per booking which includes greeting the guest, cleaning and changing over the apartment once the guest has checked out

You can also check out my profile and reviews. I have a great eye for detail and am a perfectionist. I also have my own car and am very reliable. I will also put up some photos of my work for you. The first task will be paid through Airtasker then ongoing I will invoice you, for your tax purposes, then can transfer into my account, it's as easy as that. Also Joel, I use a laundry service for the linen and towels, which is included in my offer. Of the other properties of take care of only 1 uses personalised check in, so I will be around for the check ins and I don't mind returning to the property for check in, after the clean.
Hi Joel, will there be flexibility with the times or will you be setting them? I pride myself in my ability to clean and ensure that it is as i would clean my own home. No quick once over, every clean will be thorough. However i am unfortunately not available all day every day and would need to be able to clean outside of business hours and do the meet and greet at lunchtime or after hours. I appreciate that this may not work, however I can assure you if you do choose me the guests won't realise I'm not the owner. I do have an abn but do not have a police check, however would have no issue obtaining one. Thanks Marika

So as I understand it, you need someone to do the clean and then make a second trip to welcome the guests checking in???
