- Admin Assist Task for 4 hours around 5 - 9pm weeknight.
- Experience in personal assistant and/or administration duties a must.
- Accounting or marketing background a plus.
- Proactive, organised, honest and reliable.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Duties may include making phone calls, errands, researching, replying and sending emails, writing letters, managing accounts, excel data, posting documents, folder organising etc.
- Possibility for ongoing work 1-2 times a week due to a current project.
- Business located nearby Ultimo.
- Off street parking available.
- Please include information on past experience, training and skills, and if you have a driver licence.

Hi Naomi,
I'm a marketing and finance student studying at UTS. Although I lack experience, I am highly competent in and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as basic accounting experience as treasurer for a small- to midsized voluntary organisation. I am available from 7.30pm Mondays, and can do 4pm onwards on Wednesdays and Thursdays. I also have my own car and a full drivers license. Would be great to hear from you, Kat.
