There's a burn on my countertop and I need to get it fixed up.

I'm not looking to to replace the whole countertop -- just to make the burn not visible somehow.

Never mind, I see that I can create a new task and notify you of such. I've done that, if you would like to re-bid.

Jody, I do apologize in the delay here, there has been some communication with the landlord and finally the landlord has agreed to try you idea.

I'm new to Air Tasker, what is the best way to be able to hire you for the task (if you are still up to it, that is).

Jody, Would you be interested in placing a bid for doing the cutting board feature thing? I think we are going to TRY and make it work.

Ahh, I think the burn is that deep! Thanks for the tip though -- I'm still waiting to find out if the cutting board will work -- it is a great idea! Once I find out, I'll touch base with you.
You could try sanding it back, get some 120 grit sandpaper from a hardware store and give it a rub down. Don't go to far as you might break through to the under layer of the laminate.

Good luck! : \
