How do Tasker Tiers work?

Tasker Tiers, previously known as Tiered Pricing, is a way to acknowledge Taskers, who consistently add value to the community and uphold our Tasker Principles, with lower service fees. There are four tiers. Starting at Bronze, advancing to Silver, Gold, and ultimately Platinum. Each tier has a minimum Completion Rating and Earnings score requirement. The higher the tier you’re in, the lower the service fee.

How is my tier calculated?

Your tier is determined by two scores: 1. Your Completion Rating (different to Completion Rate), i.e. how well you’ve upheld commitments to your 20 most recently assigned tasks 2. Your past 30 day Earnings, i.e. how much you’ve earned over the last 30 days Each tier has a minimum Completion Rating and Earnings score requirement. You’ll need to meet these requirements to move into the corresponding tier. The following are the fee rates for each tier, excluding GST:
bronze tasker tier

Poor Completion in last 20 tasks Earn less than $880 in the last 30 days

silver tasker tier

Silver tier

gold tasker tier

Gold tier

13.9% service fee

Good Completion in last 20 tasks Earn $2,650+ in the last 30 days

platinum tasker tier

What is my “Completion Rating”?

Your Completion Rating is a reflection of how well you’ve upheld commitments to your 20 most recently assigned tasks. It’s determined by comparing all the completed tasks with all the cancelled tasks in those last 20 assigned tasks in such a way so that there’s a reasonable buffer included for unavoidable cancellations (because life happens!). A Completion Rating can currently fall into one of the four levels: Poor, Okay, Good, and Excellent. The more tasks you complete out of your 20 most recently assigned tasks, the better your Completion Rating becomes.

What is my “Earnings”?

Your Earnings score captures your total earnings over the last 30 days. Every time a Poster releases payment to you, the amount is added to your total and will last for the next 30 days.
