Tailoring 5/5 Customer service 2/5 Communication skills 1/5 I’ll preface this by saying that she does good work. Here is my review. There was some kind of issue with her machine from earlier in the day which had stopped her getting my suit back on time. Now this would have been fine, but she only gave me 3 minutes notice and asked to come the following morning. We’d initially agreed on 5pm, then 6:45pm. She ended up arriving at 8 She wasn’t able to communicate to me why she was having an issue (with her machine) so it just came across like she was totally disorganised. I accept that some of this was outside her hands, but her communication skills really let things down. She ended up needing to fit me for a jacket twice because the stitching came undone on the sleeve as I was trying it on. She went out of her way to fix the issue and brought it back to me by 7am the next morning. The whole issue could have been avoided had she just let me know in advance what was going on.
