I’m looking for a swim coach to help me improve technique, especially freestyle swimming in the ocean. I’d like to improve my freestyle technique to build up to swim the Coogee island challenge. Once a week, 45 mins lesson, for 4-8 weeks. I’d prefer to learn in the ocean rather than an indoor pool, eg Ross Jones pool Coogee or Wylies baths could work. I’m an adequate swimmer and volunteer member of Coogee SLSC. But never learned correct freestyle technique when younger, so am currently more comfortable doing breast-stroke. Would like to improve freestyle so I can eventually join the faster-paced ocean swim groups.
