Total time: 4 hours on New Years Day from 4:30 - 8:30 pm. $30/hr. Need someone with some experience in food serving and basic skills in cooking (or plating up) - I will have done all the preparation and most cooking but there are some dishes that would require cooking just before serving (all preparations will be done before and I will be there to assist but I just want to be able to enjoy the party rather than spend time in the kitchen). Free to bring someone to keep company (but I am only hiring one person).
