We are having a combined 13th/45th bday for me and my son on April 6th from 3pm till late. (Looking for help from 4.30pm- 8ish) Expecting around 50-60 people (approx 25 kids) between 3pm-8pm dropping to 40 people from 8pm when the kids leave. I’m hoping to find an all rounder who can help me manage the madness! It’s a laidback, backyard party so not looking for anything stuffy. I’m Hoping to find someone who can enjoy the day with us too - chat with our mates/muck around with kids etc I will have a bunch of friends helping out too but will need someone to assist with below tasks - clean up as required from food/drinks - food platters on buffet table, topping up if required - top up ice tubs - top up wood for Firepit - empty bottle bins/rubbish - help with cutting cake -light candles - put away any leftover food - general tidy up/clean Please let me know if interested!

Looking for one person to assist with food preparation and serving at a birthday party on Saturday 14 October. Time required between 6:00-9:30pm. Instructions and serving requirements to be provided on day. Main jobs will be to warm food in oven and place on platters for serving and to walk around with platters to guests, who will be in marquee in the back yard. I'm looking for an extra pair of hands in the kitchen for a large family buffet style Friday night dinner for 30 people on the 4th November in my home. Task will include monitoring food being warmed in the oven, clearing away dirty glasses and plates after each course (plates will be disposable), putting away left over food into storage containers, putting out the desserts and then general cleanup of the kitchen (wiping surfaces, mopping floor) towards the end of the evening.
