We are having my 40th Birthday celebration in Seabrook (Point Cook) in a small community hall. It has a proper kitchen. We will be providing Dinner, which is pulled pork/lamb & Salads/wraps & rolls. Saturday 21st April from 5:30pm to 11ish. We only need you from 6pm to 9-10pm We have approx 90people coming I don't want any of the guests to spend too much time organising things & cleaning so I want to hire some staff to help. I will have 3 teenage family members to help you as well. Geraldine could do this with her eyes closed - she cast her eye over the function and was able to manage all the different pieces - caterers, support staff, the office team, and guests immediately. We instantly felt at ease and -- the the first time -- relax and take a step back while she saw things that needed to be attended to, just jumped in, and smoothed it over so no one even noticed. She was so lovely and an absolute professional at corporate hospitality . Once the function was over, we enjoyed sharing a glass of wine and chatting to her afterwards! She fit right into our office and we would love to work with her again.

Hello! We are hosting a party for our son’s baptism on Sunday 16 September. We’d like a hospitality assistant to help us out mostly in the kitchen / living room to heat pre-prepared finger food, arrange it onto platters for us to take around, assemble some food items, some basic tidy of the kitchen, and helping set up a dessert table. There will be about 50 people inside and on our patio. It would great if you could arrive at 10.30 and work until 2.30pm. We will leave at 10.45 to attend the baptism and then return with our guests at 12.00pm. I’ll leave a list of requests to complete while we’re out.

Charissa provided excellent service at our party for our son’s baptism. She was punctual, perfectly presented, managed time very well, had great communication skills, lovely manner, and consulted with me about our needs before the day of the event. She also followed instructions with a smile, created solutions for us and navigated a party with lots of people and children. We would definitely ask Charissa to help again!

Bria was absolutely exceptional. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I could not possibly have asked for more. I had a gathering of 100 people & was worried about how to coordinate heating and serving food, pouring drinks, keeping glasses topped up and keeping the tables & food looking good whilst socialising with guests. Bria was just utterly amazing. She was easy to talk to, so friendly & just lovely to have around. She made everything run so smoothly and adapted to every challenge. I would unhesitatingly recommend her and can't wait for my next function to have her again. Amazing. 5 stars.
