We need the magician to celebrate Kid birthday party

I’m having a small party (17 guests) on a rooftop terrace this Saturday (29 February). I need a helper before the party for about 1 hour, and during the party for about 2 hours. Total commitment of 3 hours. Food and party gear will be on the ground floor, and needs to be relocated and set up on the roof (don’t worry, there’s a lift). This is what I need help with: BEFORE (11am – 12pm): help with setting up the rooftop area (decorations, napkins, utensils, glasses, ice, esky etc). Assembling cold food platters and taking to the fridge on the rooftop, make champagne punch, garnishes etc. Escort guests to the rooftop upon arrival. Everything supplied. DURING (12pm – 2pm): walk platters around to guests, top up drinks, provide napkins, bring additional platters of food from downstairs apartment to the rooftop, take used containers and glasses downstairs, washing up as needed, take rubbish and recyclables to rubbish chute. Must be well presented, with a happy disposition. Some experience in doing this sort of thing (or similar) would be beneficial.
