Michael was really lovely. Unexpectedly, he was able to do the job straight away and while I was there, which was really convenient! He and walked me through the process so that I could understand how to look after the machine myself. Thorough clean and tested the various features to make sure that they all worked. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
