I am vacating a unit with 4 bedrooms. All items to be disposed and service should fully include dispose management fee. Require tools to dismantle bedframe and several boxes/garbage bag to load small miscellaneous items to be disposed. It's a double story house with the master bed room located on groud floor and 3 other rooms upstairs.
