New Tiles installed after carpet was taken out:- off cuts tiles, rubbish, some wood pieces, paper carboards, are left behind in balcony and pavment(see photo). I need someone to dispose this rubbish for me. Job tasks involved 1. Place tiles rubbish, wood materials (see photo) into multiple containers (study card box, or plastic container- 75Litres, that you will supply). NOTE: I estimate to be 5-6 containers of 75 Litres each, are required (see photo sample of 50Lcontainer ). If you have smaller containers / buckets or boxes supplied, it will mean you will walk multiple trips to load into your vehicle, but doable. 2. Carry these tiles rubbish in boxes/ containers, walk level terrain from the ground floor unit front door - 4 metres in a corridor, to the front foyer entrance glass door (see photo), 8 steps down to the pavement (see photo) to the nature grass pavement 3. Load up these containers / boxes into your truck / van 4. Dispose and take away these rubbish off site 5. Use a broom to sweep the balcony where these rubbish and make it clean and tidy Consideration: It may be easier to have two people carry these boxes / containers together If you already work or have access to a construction site, it may be bonus MUST HAVES o A truck or a van - large enough to hold these tiles rubbish and fit inside your vehicle o Physically fit and strong to carry weight of a box/ container of 12 kg - each box o Have sturdy large containers ( 75 Litres , see photo) OR sturdy boxes to fill these tiles rubbish into o BE able to do this job , preferably 30/1/2023 ( MON) or 31/1/2023 ( TUES), flexible start time, because I need to be on site with you o A broom to sweep floor / balcony o Reliable. Start date earler than 2/2/2023 Carpet is booked to be taken away by Parramatta Council on 7/2/2023 (Tues). If you are able to take carpet cuttings away (see photo) together with these broken tiles, this will be a bonus.
