Hey there, I'm looking to have my gutters cleaned and gutter mesh installed: - I need the job to be done properly so it lasts (similar to the example shown in the photo), and doesn't need fixing/replacing in just a few years time. - It's a tile roof and apparently the tiles might need to be slightly pushed up as they've sunken down towards the gutters a little bit over the years making it a little hard to access the gutters until the tiles are slightly pushed up. - Looking for a quality job to be done at a fair price. - If you provide varying options for gutter mesh of varying types/qualities, please note any options in your quote. Double story house roof gutter has the full metal cover over the drains (no longer installed I'm told). Causing leaks into house from two sections. 1 - near where the street power line comes to property so blocked gutters might be the cause 2 - around chimney appears the sheeting seal needs to be repaired/replaced and any old coro roof underneath replaced as needed. Please have some form of insurance cover Any additional materials required will be determined and price agreed upon once work begins, and bring tools to repair as this looks to be a qualified roofer due to vintage of house (and chimney area)
