Clean the gutters and drains along two sides of the house. One side is quite tall - but we have a ladder - and the other side is above the porch. The gutters are very blocked with stagnant water and moss etc, and there's a tree next to them from our neighbour that probably doesn't help things - ideally you could cut them back a bit to the fence line. After my gutters cleared (about 40metres). Highest point would be about 4.5M. Slight sagging in one small section - which might need a couple of brackets. Also run a hose through gutter on one side to make sure water is draining right (there is moisture build up in internal wall - and would like to discuss if anything else needs to be done to address (any extra repairs paid separate)
