Need insulation placed into a roof

I’m looking to have a small section of my fascia and soffit repaired. It is a double story house with timber fascia and fibre cement soffit. It looks like the barge cap on end rafter timber was too short, allowing water to get behind gutter and leaking into eave destroying the softwood dress timber. The tenant is reporting the roof is leaking after recent heavy rains. The leak needs to be repaired along with other potential issues with the roof. Unfortunately there are no photos as I'm in Sydney and the property is in Brisbane. It's a 4-bedroom low-set brick house with tile roofing. I hope this helps. - Due date: Flexible

Need two downpipes that currently run to and from different tanks to be rerouted to run into main stormwater system. Will require two straight lengths of 90mm pvc pipe to be installed in two places (arrows on photos show where pipes need to run). Need someone who can supply tools and parts etc. Not looking for remaining redundant piping to be removed as we’ll do that when the tanks are removed. - Due date: Flexible

Our gutters are around 8-9m high and there is a birds nest that we’d like removed. The debris from the birds is blocking the water tank inlet. Just need an 8m ladder and 5-10 minute job to clear inlet. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 17 November 2023
