During heavy rain a few weeks ago, my roof leaked into the 2nd floor of my house. RAA (my insurance company) did an inspection of the roof and said a) one metal roof sheet needs to be replaced and b) the box gutter needs to be adjusted to a slant so that it flows and water doesn't get stagnant. I need to get these repairs done on the roof so that I can get insurance to cover the damages on the inside of the house. My house is a two storey home and there are solar panels on the roof. I have pictures from the insurance company which I can share if you feel you can do the job.

Our single car carport has damaged tin sheets due to rust. We require new sheets to be supplied and fitted for replacement. Single story with approximately 8 sheets requiring replacement. Not exact measurements, but approx 350cm wide by 750cm long. Not rectangular so narrower at one end. Solar heating hosing on the roof which will need to be retained during replacement. We have three different areas that have evidence of water leaking. Room 1 - seems like a leak in the tiles. To be fixed Room 2 - laundry, again a leak in the tile Room 3 - patio, I'm not sure what is causing this however there is an extensive bubbling issue under the patio roof. We have what we think is a leak through a roof tile which has caused some minor damage to the ceiling around the exhaust fan in our kitchen. Ideally we would have someone fix the issue on the roof and then patch the gyprock in the ceiling. Access is single storey. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, The job consists of 3 parts, Firstly I need a leaking Rubber Boot replaced that surrounds an air-conditioning cable entry point on my roof. Secondly I want a new flashing provided that will divert the water around the rubber boot. The flashing needs to match the colour of the existing roof and be tucked under the exiting ridge caping ( therefore approx 750mm long and a little wider than the rubber boot. Thirdly replace the insulation tape (with something more suitable for outdoors) around the air conditioning cable for approx 1.5 meters. see attachment.
