Need someone capable of getting on house roof and resealing an awning- see photo. Area highlighted with green has an old foam barrier that has stop water leaking under the gutter for 20 years - the foam has depleted and the rains have caused a leak back under the Gutter in heavy rains as water backs up. Awning gutter have been cleared of leave now. Needs to be reseal under gutter area. Roof was build with no fall ! So needs to be resealed. Water can runoff into awnings gutter. Note work needs to be complete from tiled roof as awning is not load bearing. Realise it may not be the best solution but other option is to rip down and start again. (No thanks) Flexible on date and time - must be within 2 weeks. If there is any other solution except for rebuilding via happy to hear.

I work from home, so you can visit and quote any time during the week. Approx. Measurements are 7m x 5.2m. Our back awning was originally built around 1989. Roof sheets are colourbond with a few fibreglass sheets to let the light in. This now has multiple leaks and needs repair. We're looking for 2 quote options. Full replacement of all sheets or just repair and replacement of sheets that are leaking only. Maybe the pitch needs to be raised a few degrees? We will be ripping the whole structure down in the next year or two, so we only need to do enough to stop the leaking until then!
