Single story buildings: a) Shed - flat roof: Replace missing/corroded roof sheets (a mix of Zincalume and Polycarbonate). Repair metal fascias on two sides. Add capping to one parapet wall. b) House - flat roof: Replace old fiberglass sheets with new poly carbonate on verandah. Add new fascia to one side of house and a short section. Replace seal / capping around one Skylight. Specific job details are in the attached images. Contact me for more details. Price is negotiable. We will pay materials separately if that suits better. Hello, My single story 50s house in Goodwood needs some minor roofing repairs. Looking for someone with suitable experience to do the following - - loose roof sheeting around the chimney needs securing (suitable glue would be fine). - replace any missing screws in roofing sheets as needed, fill any gaps with suitable gap filler. Make it as watertight as possible. - the valley flushing needs a coat of rust retardant applied and when that’s dry, painted with a suitable paint to further protect it. See photos from building inspection from late 2020 for further reference. The roofing material is made from aluminium and so somewhat soft and easily dented by workbooks. Softer shoes would need to be worn and you must be vigilant to walk on the roof struts and not the middle of the roofing sheets. You would need to provide your own materials. I do not have a specific date in mind, we would need to negotiate a date that best suits. I would imagine to job will need to be done when the weather is fine. Please ask if you have more questions. I would ideally like someone with an ABN that can give me an invoice at the end but open to all possibilities. Thanks for reading.
