Fix a minor leaking roof (small leaks in two locations only during heavy rains) - likely broken tile replacement and also do an inspection and seal anything you see. (two-storey house). I have about 6 spare tiles. There are also solar panels so you may need to check under them as i can't tell if the leak is from under those.
