At the bottom corner of my house the mortar on the angular tiles has broken away and these tiles are starting to slide down over each other opening up the roof to rain. There is also a small risk they may fall off the roof. (It's more the rain issue that is the concern). Looking for a fix. Not looking to get the whole roof re-tiled as the house may be demolished and rebuilt in a few years. The 1st photo shows the problem (sorry for the close up - I was up a ladder and couldn't go back any further). The 2nd photo shows my temporary fix with green tarp. Not sure cost of this. UPDATED TASK. Thanks for previous quotes. We fixed the skylight ourselves, so have reduced the tasks and budget, and seek updated quotes please. The new budget is deliberately low - please quote what you think is a fair price over this amount. Single storey house; tiled roof. We have 6 spare roof tiles (you need to supply more if any broken while doing work). 1. Reinstall and secure small number of lifting tiles in 2 locations; 2. Remove and replace cracked tile in roof valley; 3. Clear front gutter and flow test gutter/downpipe to ensure working correctly. Can email photos on request. - Due date: Flexible
