Some roofers may offer to install guttering systems as part of the service, but some may charge extra. Your roofer may conduct a final check and make small adjustments to ensure that all your roof components fit right. Previous owner of place had a roofer(that had NFI) that riveted roof sheets in the wrong place. I need the points where it has been riveted to have correct roof screw applied through the existing rivets. No screws need to be removed or rivets replaced, just screw the new roof screws in where the current rivets are or where the holes are from rivets that are missing. Have all tools/ ladders etc. Had a knee op so I’m not able to do this myself. Task should take no more than 2 hours. I have already done 30% of the roof already.
