My garage has a cavity which houses my pool pump and filter . The cavity has a concrete slab on top . The concrete slab has brick tiling above it . The join between the horizontal concrete slab and the vertical wall of the garageis leaking and and needs repair. There’s water damage on the outside wall of the shower and water leaking below the laundry sink near shower. I believe there needs to be some kind of grinding or sanding involved? Not sure but it can’t just be siliconed. - Due date: Flexible
Adam is a fantastic communicator and incredible efficient. He is punctual, true to his word and an expert at what he does. He’s also very trustworthy and honest. I had major leaking issues in my shower which affected the adjoining wall and he pulled back the tiles, removed all cement and waterproofed the area, added original tiles and grouted the area as well as waterproofing the walls of the shower with spray.
