Find experienced local roofers in Northbridge

I'm looking for a handyman, roofer or builder to repair my Dads second story gable/roof, located in Northbridge, 2063, NSW. The highest point is approximately 10meters from ground level so scaffolding will be required to be set up. Apart from the scaffolding - only labour is required from you. All required materials are pre-painted and provided on site. Images are attached for your reference. The following tasks are to be carried out;- - Scaffolding as required. - Remove existing barge boards and finial. - Trim to size and then install four supplied and painted, 185 x 25 x 5400mm barge boards to replace existing, fixing to rafters. - Install Alcore flashing between barge boards and tiles before fitting top capping. - Trim to size and Install two supplied and painted 90 x 20 x 5400mm top capping to barge boards - Install finial as supplied and painted to existing position. - Touch up paint(supplied) on all replaced materials where required when in place. Approx 8 metres of matching Colorbond quad gutter (green) to replace existing rusty guttering. Old guttering to be removed. New guttering to be supplied and installed. Old guttering to be disposed. There is one existing down pipe to be re connected. Supply and install 8 metres Colorbond Quad guttering new. Supply and install 10 x Colorbond Quad Gutter External Brackets new. Supply and install 2 x Colorbond Quad Gutter Stop new. Re connect existing down pipe. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 25 October 2023

2 story house, standard gutter clean and tidying up of debris/leaves/sticks etc. 2 gutters down side of house which need a ladder to access and clean (can't stand on roof as sloping). Then there are gutters on the 1st and 2nd stories of the front part of the house which are flat roofs. - Due date: Flexible

Require reseal of sunroof and sunroof/gutter clean. Gutters are leaf guarded, however just need excess soil removed.

The gutter appears clean inside, yet there is some corrosion on the outside. The leak appears whenever there is a heavy downpour.
