I have a crack around the top of a drain that needs to be waterproofed/sealed. Are are tiles sitting on top of the drain, they need to be removed to access it properly. They would then need to be put back. I have spare tiles if they break. All around the whole drain needs to be resealed waterproofed. I have attached images of what I am talking about. I need three safety/baby gates installed on our stairwells.
