5 Roofing Contractors in Mount Cotton

Hello. We have some gutters that need painting, possibly 5 meters high.. We also need some wood at at the front of our house, deck, rails, steps and small wall to be sanded and varnished. The parts that need sanding are the rails around the deck. They would only need a light sand to allow the new varnish to adhere. 13 rails, all rectangular. 11 steps in total need heavier sanding. The photo shows the deck area. The deck does not need sanding, just a scrub and application of vanish. There is a wooden wall at the front of the house that only needs a very light sand to adhere the vanish.

Hi. I require the services of someone, to check my current whirlybird as to why it's not turning and if you can fix it. If it can't be fixed I have a new wirlybird to replace the one that cant be fixed. This shouldn't be a difficult job to do. It may only need some wd40 to fix it. Your help would be appreciated. I require you to go up on the roof (colourbond roof) and simply remove the old whirlybird and replace it with the new one I will provide. I would do this myself but am not a fan of heights.
