Following the removal of a 20 year old gas stove we need to make good the existing fireplace. Particularly the back which was cut out to take the rear of the gas fire. Also very important that we seal off the draughts. Wondering about a box structure or similar. We don’t need to do the complete repointing - just to make it look OK. - Due date: Flexible

Most of gutters have gutter guard except for carport but leaves have gathered on top. I need someone who won’t break the roof tiles. Seeking a qualified plumber with an electric drainsnake to clear a below ground downpipe. Good access to site, downpipe already disconnected.

Downpipe from roof is slow draining, and overflows with heavy rain. Plumber required to inspect downpipe, clear any blockage and reconnect.

Gap between the pipe and the join on the down pipe as there has been movement
